Interview
The interviewer used a predefined bank of questions for the interview process. There were equal parts questions (33% hardware, 33% software , 33% behavioral). The interview also had a whiteboard section. The question I received required me to write an algorithm for a Fibonacci sequence (in my programming language of choice).
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at METECS (Houston, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
I applied through Insight Global. They gave me two phone calls from Insight Global asking about my experience, and I was invited to do the OA, and after passing it, I was invited to a panel interview. Then the process is still going on, they need to go through METECS, Lockheed, NASA, after it's approved, you still get the final interview with Lockheed while I was informed that the panel interview was the final round, but I guess something changed.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a technical phone call and then a video call. The interviewers were very nice. They were very open to answering any question about the company.
