(This is for the North American Headquarters) The office interviews are different than the warehouse ones, similar but with more steps. Started off with a phone screening / interview, then a Teams interview, then an in person. I found out the next day and had an official offer within 24-48 hours.

You have to take a weld test consisting of welding two aluminum plates in the vertical down position. If you pass you will be interviewed by upper management to see if you are a good fit. Mainly they just ask about you and what shift would work best for you.
