The recruitment process was fairly standard, consisting of three stages : an HR interview, a discussion with the direct manager, and a final interview with the senior manager (one level above).

3 rounds of interview - 1 with HR and 2 with team. Process was fast and smooth. Negotiation with HR was fast as well. Went through a recruiter to get the job.
Quick and straightforward, asked general questions about interests and working style which were fine to answer since it related to my personal experiences. Manager was friendly and receptive. Surprisingly, the whole interview lasted for around fifteen minutes or less.
