Very long response time. First interview with the COO - introductory, checking for a company fit, friendly, conversational. Second interview with the Senior Business Designer (or alike), checking the fit for the role, technical skills etc.

What is your working style and what's the one thing your team (manager) should know ahead of you, that they might not like?
Standard interview process. Face-to-face meeting with your potential employer, They're looking to determine if you fit in with the company's culture. The first few minutes consist of meeting the interviewer and getting settled into the interview space. I make sure have a good posture, eye contact and a firm handshake. The interviewer generally takes the first few minutes of the interview to tell me about their organisation.
