- multi-disciplinary, very nice team with different nationalities and work backgrounds - close exchange with the leadership team, questions and queries can always be addressed - diverse projects from smaller startups to bigger companies to work with - flexible work hrs and setup when it comes to working from home/anywhere or being in the office as well - social activities & opportunities to relocate & experience other offices

Cons

- project planning a bit too tight here and there - internal topics should sometimes be a bit more prioritized vs. project work
