Interview virtually for two round of technical and cleared that , then in director round gave answer to all the question but not feedback after 3-4 email as well, Don't even no the reason for rejection as I was technically good, cleared tech round and then answered all the director question. Director seems unsatisfied that along with team managing I also write and help playwright automation and developed automation framework.
Probably they were looking for someone who only manages the team.

Interview
The interview consisted of 2-3 rounds and one assignment but unlike other places, the assignment here actually felt like a proper display of skills and not getting free work from applicants. HR was very responsive and the process although a bit long was well co-ordinated

Interview
The interview process isn't professional specially from the senior management. HR team try to get the process streamlined however, senior management like MDs aren't interested in taking the interviews.
During the interview MDs came across unprofessional, they expect the candidate to know the pricing details for Nova CRM which were available on the website. During the interview they switch off the camera and don't even listen to the candidate.
They showed extreme disinterest during the interview and left while staying on mute. No feedback shared by the HR team.
Not recommended for any professional who is looking for stability and growth.
