Interview
The owner is nice and seems to care about his employees and about being a good boss, but they make you do a design test. It would be nice for the resume and portfolio to be enough as design tests are extra free work and not indicative of real world projects.

Interview
Four interview process: Phone w/ Owner, Video call w/ Owner, Video call w/ members of the team, Video call w/ owner, CFO, and Director of Development.
Everyone was pleasant and the owner communicated well throughout the entire process. One of the best interview experiences I have had, even though I did not get the position.
