Pros

Excellent benefit package with employee solicited input as to the offerings. Creative Freedom - there’s room to explore new approaches, experiment with fresh ideas, and push creative boundaries without being boxed in. Collaborative Culture - The team is genuinely supportive, open to ideas, and eager to help one another grow. You really feel like your voice matters Positive Leadership - everyone has access to the top dog. The CEO (Alex) is approachable, transparent, and invested in employee success and well-being. Client Variety: Working with diverse clients across industries keeps the work exciting and never repetitive.

Cons

Evolving and Growing: Being on the cutting edge of technology and design means the company is always evolving. Some processes and systems are still being refined, which makes adaptability key. For those who embrace growth and continuous learning, this creates an environment of constant improvement and enrichment. However, if you prefer to be “set in your ways,” this pace of change may feel like a challenge.

Lost Its MOJO

Pros

The non management team is great and are largely under recognized for what they bring to the table. Talented designers, project managers, SEO specialists and some sales team members.

Cons

Smaller agencies live and die based upon their cohesiveness and trust in one another. Unfortunately MOJO has lost its way in the last year. The move to fully remote was intended to be a positive but resulted in the exact opposite. The owner and the rest of 'management' is largely unavailable throughout the day and add unnecessary complexities to projects that they have begun to micromanage, driving the resource team insane in the process. Ownership is often distracted by other projects not related to Mojo and not receptive to constructive feedback. Little to no transparency. The development team is outsourced making it difficult to keep projects on track, even in times of need. Those who do work hard and go above and beyond are often taken for granted. Morale has taken a huge hit and is basically non-existent.
