Interview
Quick 10 min phone screen.
1st interview for around an hour.
2nd interview for around an hour.
Never heard back after 2nd interview, even though they said they would reach out.
Checked LinkedIn 3 weeks after - they hired a girl - checked back 2 weeks after that... she was gone and a posting for another intern was up.

Phone Interview - availability, general info
Interview - employment history, academic experience, 2 on 1 interview followed by 1 on 1
Skill Interview - geography, spelling and excel based questions - Not relevant to the job or in the world of spell check and the internet
Did not call or email when they said they would and in the end they just reposted the job as an internship. Maybe they did not want the cost or the commitment of a full time employee.
Since my interview I have seen internship roles posted repeatedly. Seems like a revolving role for a small company to get free labour.
