It is a fairly easy interview process but be mindful that it might take two days for the interview process to be completed. The questions are straightforward and the recruiter makes you feel comfortable and explains everything in great detail.

Interview
It was quite easy. You get forms which you have to fill in and hand in immediately. They ask you questions about yourself , your qualifications and your availability. They record a video for the client/programmes you will be working for where you have to say your name, surname, where you come from, qualifications and read a small passage(this is for them to hear if you have a neutral English accent or not). After the video , you wait for an email or phone call.. approximately 2 weeks.

Interview
They ask you to send a 1 minute video telling them about yourself. Then they ask you to take a grammar test. Once you're done, they call you for training.
