Interview
First interview is via phone, pretty standard vetting. The in person interview takes about 1.5 hours. You interview with the hiring manager, then sit with a rep and listen in on his/her phone pitch to sell radio sponsorships to local businesses. The interview wraps up with you having to take the Wonderlic test.
