MTD Products Telecom Expert interview questions

Painful. I sat in a room with 5 junior IT guys while they probed me about expert level knowledge I had. The interview was more about these five guys not being found out by someone smarter. The company has implemented a new call center platform, and it hasn't worked in the year it has been installed. The people who made that decision did so against the advice of someone who knew better. The someone who knew better is gone, and there are now IT people sitting around trying to figure out how they keep their jobs, but they can't hire a person who will tell the truth about what they have done.
