Interview
I met an HR representative at a career fair, at which time I submitted my resume. About one week after submitting my application I was called for an interview. I was interviewed by the same HR representative at headquarters for about an hour. I was then sent to meet/interview with the Branch Manager I would be working for. The next day I was called and asked to submit various items for a background check. After passing a background check I was offered the position (about 5 days after the initial interview).

Interview
Had two interviews before being hired in. Asked questions that would be expected for job such as previous customer service experience and what we would do in a stressful situation/angry customer. Not too challenging.
Initial interview with HR followed by an interview with the hiring manager. If HR is particularly impressed but the hiring manager doesn't choose you they will often call you back for other opportunities or suggest applying for different positions.
