I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MadOverGames (New Delhi) in Oct 2020
Interview
I was given an assignment via email to do over the period of 5 days comprising of multiple questions. I completed it in 3 days and sent it. Got a reply after a week saying that they're going with someone else. While that was gracious, I requested for some feedback so that I may know what I need to do to improve but they haven't replied to it.

I was asked to write down various features and characteristics of the game, to create a progression curve and design 10 levels.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MadOverGames (New Delhi) in May 2020
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. First HR contacts you asking you about the current job details and expectations followed by a Game Design Assignment. Once the assignment is shortlisted, there is an interview with Game designers followed by one with the CEO.
My only complaint is, when the expected salary was not in the range of the company, then why bother the applicant with all the interviews, simply say no in the beginning.
