Madura Garments interview questions

It was a mix panel of CXO's, who checked basic business acumen & business processes with certains cases. There was a case study also, one was suppose to present his/her point of view on the situation explained in the case & decision to be taken. Panel wants to check & evaluate candidates on followings :- Values Business acumen Business Process understanding Team Management Collaboration

Interview was quite easy. They will ask general question and few questions regarding retail and economy. They talked about my SIP and how i performed over there. They can give you some situation to tackle customer service. There may be 2 to three members in panel and it may last up-to 15 to 20 minutes.
