I applied and was sent a technical document to complete, which I did. I then had a quick call with a recruiter who scheduled a technical interview with the manager. That interview extended 30 minutes over the allocated time; I thought it went well, but then the real frustration started.
A week passed with no update, so I sent a follow-up. In their response, they asked if I intended to relocate to another country—a question I had already asked during the interview. At that time, they told me it would not be a problem as long as I adhered to the global call schedule. I clarified that I did intend to relocate but that it would not affect my ability to perform my job properly.
Another week passed with no word. Finally, on day 11, the recruiter casually mentioned that they had extended an offer to someone else who had already accepted. I am not sure if the relocation was the issue or if they simply found someone better or cheaper. However, I found them very disorganized, reactive, and unprofessional, and I could not recommend them based on my experience. I have also noticed that their general ratings are split; many former employees do not recommend the company. While I cannot speak to the internal culture, my experience seems to confirm reports of disorganized and unprofessional behavior.
