Interview
I loved their interviews which were predominantly based on take-home tasks and present findings. Followed by value based/ scenario based testing. I also found them to be extremely considerate of slight mistakes and did give a chance to fix them on the spot which is rare in such scenarios.

Started off with basic intro typed questioning, motive for applying and experience around using tools.
Talk with the HR, self-intro, describe your experience, ask about your excel skills, talk you a bit more about the company and what they are offering, but they are not sure if they would offer the sponsorship.

Interview
Two stage interview, first with recruitment manager to understand background and employment history to assess suitability to the role. The second was with CEO and parent company E&S Manager to exolain the role in more detail and for them to ask questions about my experience in specific topics.
