After a brief and pleasant Zoom interview, I was invited for an on-site meeting. However, the in-person experience was far from professional.
The interviewer, who is also the principal of the firm, handled my portfolio with visible discomfort and frustration, making it clear that I was not the right fit for the role. Beyond that, I felt mistreated throughout the interaction. She didn’t bother to explain the position in detail or generate any excitement about the opportunity, which felt very unwelcoming.
Ironically, despite this attitude, they seemed eager for me to start as soon as possible. The whole experience left me feeling undervalued and disrespected.
Last but not least, she claimed not knowing or caring about visa situation, but when i explained my situation she became arrogant and untrusty.
