Overcomplicated interview process for such small company. You will get an offer with -20% of sum you asked + 10% in equity (over 4 years). Company can't pay average salary and will try to convince you that equity is much better than cash ignoring your needs. If you reach CEO call he will be late and will do a few accents on your nationality with no reason. Except CEO other interviews will be with pretty warm atmosphere and smiling people. But overall it is waste of time since from the beginning company knew that won't pay sum you asked.
