I had 3 interviews, the first one with the HR head, then with the managing director followed by the chairman. The total process too 2 months. I was introduced by a recruiter in India and also a former director of the company. Essentially my past work experience, ability to head and manage businesses and knowledge of handling cash flows were discussed. ALso a lot of emphasis was given to bringing in business into the company, but based on my past experience and network created in India they were convinced.
