The interview process is unnecessarily lengthy. I had to reach out to the recruiter multiple times for updates. 4-6 weeks in-between interviews, on average and no one I interviewed with acknowledged my thank you emails, even after proactively offering to share documents that may be helpful. Overall, felt like the company was unorganized and didn't know what they were looking for in this role so I opted out of the process.

The interview process is about 2-3 rounds. Those are pretty straightforward, but the hiring process takes forever. I waited almost 2 months in between each interview. By the time they contacted me back, I had moved on in my job search.
