They have long interviews and then never get back to you. Person on the call is distracted and talking to people around them. After passing to advanced rounds, I asked for feedback and was completely ghosted. Really terrible experience, and they are a recruiting company. It's impossible that they will be successful if they don't get this right in their own hiring process.
