MandM Direct interview questions

Only interview stage was a very simple 15 minute phone call with a company representative, Asked if I required any assistance in commuting to the warehouse due to remote location.

Utterly horrific process. Please avoid. Applied, Received feedback "Great experience" but was deemed to be living "too far away" due to the requirement of 4 days a month in the office despite it clearly stating on my CV that I had over 10 years experience of not only longer commutes but also 5 days a week on site with longer commutes. Therefore the commute was no issue for me, even more ironic as my last job was only an hour from their office. And I have a disability. When I challenged them on data which was plainly visible on my CV and my disability they then backtracked and changed the rejection reasons. Morally objectionable.
