Interview
It is 4/5 process interview from the initial interview to exams then finally to your interview to the department supervisor you will be assigned in. Overall it is just like how the other companies do the interview but its much easier and smoother, the HRs and Supervisor are very accommodating and easy to talk with.

Interview
They will contact you for an invitation. It takes 1 whole day for the interview process. They are friendly, but I was not okay with my experience since I was not well accommodated since the HR was very busy at that time. It took hours of waiting. The process is as usual: filling up information, medical exam, HR interview, abstract test, and final interview with the plant manager. The salary offer is around 20k. I think it is okay for fresh graduates since you can learn a lot if hired.

Interview
For non-engineers the examination would be just 1 type of exam and for cadet engineers there would be two examinations. First is the basic logic and English comprehension and the second part are more of a business type exam. No need for too formal attire. Applicants are wearing polo shirts and polo. Once finished they would ask you about your background in the academic side and then they would ask about where does your parents and siblings work. A little bit chat about previous projects and research and developed skills.
