Two interviews First was with the deputy director. Asked about 10 questions. It was done via zoom. Very easy and relaxed interview. Second was with the director. She asked why I was interested and then told me about the organization. At that point she scheduled me to complete training. (I was not hired at this point) after I finished training, they hired me.
