It took them 6 weeks to get back to me after my initial application. I had a face to face interview with 2 programmers, they gave me a programming assignment which I had 2 hours to complete and they followed up with some questions about it and some technical questions. It was a positive experience, the problem is that they never bothered to tell me that I wasn't selected for the job, even after several attempts to contact them via phone and email.
