Interview
I only had 1 official interview. She asked about 15 questions and was very nice and easy to talk to. It wasn't difficult, most regarding my previous experiences and some situational questions. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and they got back to me telling me I got the position one week later.

Very laid back and not intimidating. Were a few different interviews with a variety of people. Fairly quick overall process. In depth answers are definitely a plus for them. Overall good experience.

I applied online through the job portal and was called in for a single interview with the manager and the director of the activities department. We met at the hotel site I was going to be working at and they held a very simple interview where they went through my resume and asked about my experiences.
