Discussed day to day responsibilities in the role, what skills will be acquired, and how the resort works. Asked questions about past job experience and typical interview questions.

One phone interview and one in person interview. Simple questions about past experience. Whole process took about 3 weeks. Interviewers were friendly and easy going. After interview I was given tour of property. Had to take a drug test after offered the position.
