Interview has 3 rounds of discussion.
1. Technical Discussion with onshore team regarding projects and softwares worked with earlier roles and accounting related knowledge.
2. Technical Discussion with site lead related to process and industry knowledg.e
3. HR Discussion related to company culture, salary negotiation.

Interview was good i performed well but not got selected but when i called the hr and asked for the reason so i can improve she said we don't have a reason this is not good
