đźš« Poor Communication and Lack of Empathy
I interviewed with Mastercard and initially had a positive impression after speaking with the recruiter and hiring manager. Unfortunately, communication completely stopped afterward. Despite multiple follow-ups over more than a month, I received no response until a brief email stating they had moved forward with other candidates.
For a global company, this lack of communication, empathy, and respect for candidates’ time is disappointing. I hope Mastercard rethinks its hiring process and brings more transparency and humanity to how it treats applicants.
