Lots of fit interviews. Fit is very important at this company. They asked lots of behavioral type questions. They didn't ask too many questions about knowledge of the payments space, which surprised me. When I worked there and interviewed people, I asked them what they knew about payments as I believe it is important to be knowledgeable about the industry and innovations.
