Applied online and was contacted via email to arrange for a face to face interview.
I was expecting a competency based interview or at least based on my CV but from the beginning the hiring manager appeared disinterested, and seemed occupied with something else on her mind.
Interview lasted less than 30 minutes, with me asking most of the questions. Hiring manager didn't seem to know what she wanted nor display any sense of experience interviewing (As if she had already made up her mind before I had even uttered a word).....the strangest and shortest interview ever.
Told I would hear back on next steps, but didn't hold my breath! as I would have declined even if invited..I was right, a few months later and still nothing! not even a courtesy rejection...just radio silence.

En general el proceso es sencillo, son dos entrevista una con recursos humanos, con la finalidad de conocer un poquito sobre tu experiencia laboral e introducirte al rol. La segunda, seria directamente con tu Line Manager completamente en ingles. El feedback es completamente escaso.
