Two interviews, first with head of recruitment on site, second with a number of managers/VP on video conference.
Very professional in terms of interview setup and directions, well handled interviews.
First interview about 45 minutes, generic interview questions mostly (why Mastercard, strengths, weaknesses, competency based questions about people management and so on).
Second interview similar, same length.

Full round of technical and technical assignment and even had conversation with Team members and Salary negotiations all agreed .But at the end declined giving some lame excuse .Waste of time and very un professional process . Looks like they are changing strategy to hire junior level and promote later to the position (as saw new req for same team for lead) to get resources for less . What a waste of time .
