1. Phone screening
2. 1st round interview with hiring manager and technical screening with peer (arranged within a week or 2)
3. Waited 2 weeks for 2nd round with US director and another technical peer Q&A
4. Waited until all shortlisted candidates were interviewed before having offer, took 2 months.
The process was taking really long and It’s a bit hard to get updates from HR/TA. Should expect 3 months for the overall process based on my experience because they need to interview all shortlisted candidates.
In the end, Didn’t take the offer because of wait time and package not coming through as expected. So seems not worth it for such a big brand.
