Quite easy actually, one just needs to get the basics right. Very friendly recruiting partners. Was able to answer every question put across. Interview process took two days to complete.
It's online interview, on teams, in English. HR is nice. The whole process is casual, just talking based on your experience and resume. So you should show your advantages positively.
