Easy enough interview with 4 members of the senior management team. They all take turn to introduce themselves and ask specific questions from your CV. Then they will explain the role at Mastercard and ask you to relate how you can do what they want you to do

Very monotone and not engaging at all , clearly irritated at the entire process. Felt very uncomfortable and ended it early . Other people in process were fine this was the hiring manager.

What is the first thing you do when going to launch a new product.
The interview had few steps - hr call, hiring manager, and home assignment which you need present to the forum. The process was quite clear, but hr didn't take responsibility for the process - didn't call at the scheduled time, didn't send the link for the meeting, after that I had to check with her if we are moving forward or not, a little disappointed with such company

Interview
The process was very formal. First, a basic recruiter interview. Then, two team interviews before offer process. Not much room for negotiation. All in all a good experience. Would recommend.
