Behavioural + 2 hour technical interview with math logic puzzles and coding questions in a colab notebook. It was a very messy process most likely because it was end of summer when most people were off on vacation. They kept messaging me to schedule the next interview at one point 3 different people on the same day either called or emailed me. When I showed up to the final interview, they didn’t introduce themselves at all and at one point laughed at me. As a woman in STEM, this was highly discouraging. The recruiter didn’t seem like she was on my team and made it a huge deal to increase salary. Mastercard needs to clean up their act and look into a more inclusive interviewing process.
