After submitting the online application, a one-sided digital interview was requested by mail to be completed in a few days.
Two months later, I received an email notifying that there were two rounds of interviews ahead in case mastercard progresses with my application. After about a week, I was invited to my first interview.
The first interview is an online interview with two managing consultants. This interview was a business case interview and I was also asked a few situational questions. The interviewers were very friendly. It was an overall smooth, enjoyable interview.
The second interview was an HR interview conducted by high-level executives who were also friendly. Questions asked were not extremely hard yet challenging.
Definitely recommend preparing for both interviews using the resources provided and practicing mock interviews.
