Applied online and went through three rounds: a recruiter call, a technical interview with a medium LeetCode-style problem and experience-based questions, and a final technical round.
The first technical interview was excellent — the interviewer was professional, engaged, and had meaningful discussions about my skills.
The second technical interview was the complete opposite. The interviewer appeared unprepared, disengaged, and even dismissive. He didn’t introduce himself, seemed unfamiliar with my profile, and asked vague, unrelated questions. When it was my turn to ask questions, I politely inquired about his role and tenure at the company, but he refused to answer, saying he would only share if I got selected. He repeated the same response to my follow-up question, leaving me wondering why he invited questions at all.
