Simple and Short Tour, but they are bad at communication. Talked to a few different people and they offered but didn't give an exact timeline and communication was really messy
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Materials Modification (Merrifield, VA) in July 2021
Interview
Brief phone screening followed by in-person interview with principal scientist and CEO. Questions were reasonable, but the company could not offer a reasonable minimum salary for a PhD level position. The interview became manipulative as the CEO asked questions such as "How are you paying your bills right now?" and tried to tell me that I would not be able to find another job in the area for the salary I was asking.
