Had an initial 30 minute meeting with the hiring manager, then the same with recruitment and then two executives (one of whom I met in person, due to being based in the same city). Whole process took around 6 weeks, and team were all super transparent with me throughout and gave me quick feedback. There was a pause at one point due to one of the team being away, but they were communicative with me throughout which was really helpful and honestly unusual (in a good way) compared to other processes I was in with other businesses.
