I had an initial call with the recruiter, who was incredibly helpful and provided a clear overview of the role and the interview process. Following this, I progressed to the next stage, which included interviews with the Hiring Manager and members of the peer group.
Each interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and felt conversational yet structured. The questions were thoughtfully designed to assess both my technical skill set and behavioural competencies. While the process was well-organized and professional, it did take some time to complete, which was the only downside.
