Mattress Firm interview questions

I only interviewed with one person (the Area Manager) and was offered the job pretty quickly. Very easy interview process and the questions were reasonable. They have high turn over, so it didn't seem they were too worried with hiring the right people. It seemed like they just wanted capable people, so kind of a low bar.
