A pressure mental maths test is a fast-paced, timed challenge where participants solve arithmetic problems quickly under stress, testing their accuracy, focus, problem-solving skills, and ability to think on their feet.
Applied online by submitting my CV. Then had a video interview with a current quant who asked questions on stats and coding. Interviewer did not seem very interested or engaged.

Asked how to price an European call option with BS model and get volatility through Newton-Raphson method afterwards. Very direct and straightforward. The founder directly talked to you and the whole recruitment process was very smooth.
