I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mavericks Consulting (Singapore)
Interview
Interview process was generally smooth and organized. The application process was quite thorough, starting with an online assessment/exam, followed by an introductory call, then Technical Interview Part 1. I only reached the first technical interview stage, but it seemed there were still around two more stages remaining before hiring. Overall experience was okay, though the process felt a bit lengthy.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Mavericks Consulting (Singapore) in Mar 2025
Interview
I sent my resume, and the company responded promptly. Reply took ~1 month. I was invited to the first round, a panel interview with ~4 other candidates. It was a group case study, where they assessed your problem-solving ability. The instructions were clear, but many segments of the interview were interrupted mid-sentence. Very dismissive of any input the candidates had as well. Lots of tutting and sighing all around. The environment felt uninviting, and I would've appreciated a more professional approach.
First round is a group case study. The question is understandable as they are assessing your ability at problem solving. However, the two interviewers were really judgmental, always had a scrunched up expression with their brows furrowed. Basically a disapproving look on their faces that lacks professionalism. They gave off very mean girls vibes. I hope they improve on that aspect
