Initial discussion on background, interests.
2. Role- or domain-specific technical round
Focused on Dynamics 365 F&O (e.g. finance modules, business process fit, requirement gathering).
3. HR or behavioral interview
Evaluating communication, team fit, cultural alignment.
Consider that ERP/consulting interviews may involve scenario-based questions (e.g. mapping business processes to modules).
