Interviewed with a senior mgt within the asset mgt division.
I could see that he already had a specific person in mind and I did not fit the mould he was looking for.
Ended up not having such a positive experience as he ended up just pointing out why I shouldn't get the job instead of why I should.
Overall, I felt it was a good experience from a learning perspective.

Interview
There are five stages to it. First you will be invited to a virtual hangout to know more about the programme, followed by a series of assessments.
The assessments really challenge all kinds of intellect of you, be prepared and just give your best.
Overall, the HRs are all friendly people and they are willing to answer most of candidates doubts.
