Interview
1st stage video link interview, 2nd stage face-to-face. On the first interview they asked a series of questions about my study and academic background, on the face-to-face it was more relaxed and they asked about my goal, ambitions and where I felt I could add value. Overall the process was really positive.

Interview
Telephone stage 1 interview then stage 2 virtual interview over teams.
Interview went on about an hour. Some unusual questions like 'Are you competitive" and "What kinds of other jobs have you applied for". Told I'd hear back by the end of the week (interview on a Monday) and didn't hear back from anyone 2 weeks later. Clearly didn't get the job, but it is only polite to let candidates know this is the case, especially after I'd given up my time for an interview.
