Interview
It was pretty quick -- I applied online and was called pretty soon after. First, I spoke to HR, and then came in for an in-person meeting. I met with my soon to be manager, as well as another team member, who asked me questions about my experience and career trajectory. After the interview, I had an official offer the following week.
