Interview
Virtual Interview, One on One Interview and then interview with multiple people. The interviewers were down to earth and very nice. I would say practice for normal interview questions but also make sure that you have situations where you showcased leadership skills off the top of your head.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at McKenney's, Inc. (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2023
Interview
Filled application out online with a referral, then got a one-way video screening where you answer a few basic questions and it records your response. Then went to the Atlanta office for an in person interview with the hiring manager and about a week later got an offer.

I was first given a tour of the office. I was then interviewed by a bunch of project managers. I was just asked about my resume, and told all about work life at McKenney's.
